At Opic.ai, we strive to provide our customers with the best service possible. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on our platform. This Refund Policy highlights the rules and regulations related to the cancellation of the services by the users (“User”). This Refund Policy can be updated, at any time, as per the convenience of Opic.ai, and Opic.ai has no obligation to inform the Users before making such changes to the Refund Policy. Continued usage of the website will lead to automatic acceptance of this Refund Policy by the Users. This Refund Policy is an extension of the Terms and Conditions Agreement, and the User must refer to the Terms and Conditions Agreement to understand the full scope of the product and services offered by Opic.ai.
The Users are hereby advised to refer to this Refund Policy for the products or services offered by Opic.ai. This Refund Policy is final and binding on Users and no exceptions will be made for any individual Users.
All payments made to Opic.ai are non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in our sole discretion.
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
If there is a verified technical issue with our service that prevents you from using it as intended, you may be eligible for a refund.
If a purchase was made by mistake, you must contact us within 24 hours of the transaction to request a refund.
If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us immediately for review.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information.
We will notify you of our decision within 10 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
The following items and services are non-refundable:
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting Opic.ai to resolve the issue may result in the suspension or termination of your account. We encourage you to reach out to our support team to address any concerns.
No refunds shall be issued for the one-time setup cost, add-on charges, or monthly and yearly maintenance charges for the Opic.ai services. Moreover, upon termination of the service, no refunds shall be issued for the one-time setup charges, add-on charges, or any monthly and yearly maintenance charges paid. If you have any questions or concerns regarding payments or require further assistance, please contact us via email at support@opic.ai with your order details and reason for the inquiry, and we shall get back to you within a period of up to ten (10) business days. Refunds, if granted under exceptional circumstances, shall be processed within seven to ten (7-10) business days and shall be initiated to the original payment method used by the User.
In case Opic.ai fails to receive the payment for the one-time setup cost, add-on charges, or monthly and yearly maintenance charges due to technical issues related to the User's payment method or payment processing servers, the amount paid by the User shall be refunded by the payment processor and shall not be received by Opic.ai. This applies only if the payment is not received by Opic.ai and is stuck in the processing stage or returned to the User's payment method. If Opic.ai successfully receives the payment, the provisions mentioned in clause 2 of this Refund Policy shall apply.
Opic.ai reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. We will notify you of any significant changes to this policy.
